[verbatim release] Jackson’s Ward 4 Councilman Frank Bluntson is resting comfortably following a Thursday morning fainting spell during an area school groundbreaking. Bluntson has been undergoing tests at a local hospital and is expected to be released soon. He has been alert, talking and joking with family and friends. “My mother and I really appreciate all of the calls and well-wishes,” said Eric Bluntson,” the councilman’s son. “While we know he’d love to be out doing the work he loves for the city he loves, we’re trying to allow him time to rest.”
