Yesterday, Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour signed a bill into law that restricts the use of tanning beds by those under the age of 18.
House Bill 214 mandates that children under 14 must have a parent or guardian's written permission and that the parent must be present at the facility while the child is in a tanning bed. It also mandates that teens between the ages of 14 and 18 have written permission.
The bill goes into effect July 1.

Now that one is sad. Dropping Kids off at a tanning booth? Are they that desperate and lazy? Get it the same way I did when I was 15, spend half your time outside!
