If you grew up around Jackson in the '90s, you probably remember The Park. It was fun while it was there, with go-kart tracks, lots of arcade games, and the best part—in my opinion, anyway—laser tag. It stayed opened for a while, then shut down, then reopened. It's been abandoned for some time now, but this summer, The Park will be abandoned no more. CircusTrix, the largest operator and developer of trampoline parks in the world, will bring High Heaven Trampoline Park into that space. So, when this monstrosity of aerial fun comes in, what exactly do you need to know?

High Heaven will have 12,000 square feet of trampoline fun. That’s the equivalent of 750 16-foot trampolines.

If you want to be a ninja, High Heaven can help you. In the Ninja Warrior Aerial Obstacle Course, you can swim through foam pits, climb rope nets, swing on monkey bars, balance on slacklines and go through many other obstacles that hone your ninja skills. And also, if you have dreams of parkour (training developed from military obstacle course workouts), you can do that too.

You’ve never seen dodgeball quite like the kind you find at trampoline parks. In fact, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, which has many locations, including ones in Huntsville and Birmingham, Ala., developed the Ultimate Dodgeball Championship (coming soon to Fox Sports Net), where 500 teams fight to become the champions, bouncing around trying to defeat the other team.

Besides dodgeball, Parkour and the ninja obstacle course, High Heaven will also have a large open trampoline field, dunk basketball hoops and Olympic Foam Pits, among other things.

The trampoline park can host birthday parties, corporate events, dodgeball tournaments and trampoline aerobics classes, and it will also have ClubHeaven, which is a special weekend club night with laser lights and a DJ.

Trampoline parks are serious business. CircusTrix has more than 25 locations all over the world, including Edinburgh, Scotland, Amsterdam, Nashville, and soon, Jackson.
