Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith is back in court, this time in Rankin County for domestic-violence, aggravated-stalking and robbery charges. His first two trials in Hinds County, for helping Christopher Butler avoid prosecution, ended in first a mistrial and then an acquittal.
